Our client is looking for a Resource Assistant to join the float team of a large law firm based in Downtown Calgary.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, prepare, and compile various types of correspondence, pleadings, and documentation as dictated or prepared in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Outlook.
  • Open and close files
  • Prepare expense reports, docket entries, client accounts, etc.
  • Provide coverage to legal assistants who are away and on vacation

Qualifications:

  • Legal Assistant Diploma from an accredited college
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of legal assistant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office with a high level of accuracy
