A government agency in Ontario is seeking a Learning Experience Design and Development Expert to create engaging learning experiences. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders, advising on learning strategies, and utilizing tools like Articulate 360. Ideal candidates have a university degree and at least five years of instructional design experience. The position offers flexible work arrangements, combining both in-office and remote work.
Be among the first 25 applicants for a temporary assignment at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). This position is open to all offices, up to 6 months, with potential travel within Ontario for in-office days, training or events. In-office days are typically held monthly. WSIB is establishing a new head office in London, with preference to candidates located in this region.

As a learning experience design and development expert, you will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to plan, design and develop learner-centric learning experiences. You will apply design thinking and adult learning principles to create learning solutions that increase engagement, retention, develop capabilities, improve time to proficiency, and aid knowledge transfer to achieve business outcomes.
Education
University completion at undergraduate level with specialization in education, adult education or instructional design, or undergraduate degree with a diploma / certificate in workplace learning / adult education, instructional design, eLearning development, graphic design or UX design.
Experience
Five years of experience in instructional design and / or learning experience design and / or learning development, and / or design thinking and learning management systems.
