A diverse construction company in Vancouver is looking for a Learning Developer to design and deliver engaging training materials. This role involves collaborating with Learning Specialists and SMEs to improve learning solutions. Candidates should have a diploma in Instructional Design and 2 years of relevant experience. The position offers a salary ranging from $60,000 to $82,500 annually with hybrid working conditions.
As the Learning Developer you will be integral part of the Learning & Talent team, driving innovative solutions to support our company's diverse operations by identifying and addressing their unique learning and development needs. You will design and deliver engaging, learner-focused training materials like courses, videos, and guides. Collaborating closely with Learning Specialists on the team and with Subject Matter Experts across Ledcor. This role allows you to make a lasting difference, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth within the organization.

$60,000-$82,500 Annual
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
