As a Lead Talent Partner, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 3 in a lead role, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Role responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior business and operations leaders to build regional workforce plans aligned to future capability needs.
  • Lead demand planning conversations, providing insights on external market trends, location strategies, and talent availability.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex hiring campaigns, executive search, and critical role hiring.
  • Define and implement strategies for candidate engagement, assessment (including psychometrics), and pipeline development.
  • Coach and mentor senior talent team members, developing capability across sourcing, data fluency, and strategic advisory.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture grounded in ownership, feedback, and continuous learning.
  • Lead innovation in hiring processes, tools, and assessment frameworks; drive adoption of inclusive and data-led practices.
  • Drive regional talent acquisition initiatives and change efforts (e.g., employer branding campaigns, DEI programs, TA tech stack).
  • Partner with regional operations to continuously optimize systems, reporting, and ways of working.
  • Leverage deep business acumen to anticipate hiring needs and influence talent decisions. Lead the use of talent intelligence to inform hiring strategy, org design, and succession planning.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS

  • You are a strategic partner to the business, regularly influencing hiring plans, organizational design, and workforce decisions.
  • You have delivered significant improvement in time-to-hire, candidate experience, or quality of hire through scalable solutions.
  • Your leadership is felt through the development of your team, with clear progression in their capability and confidence.
  • You lead high-impact TA projects (e.g., new assessment design, branding campaign, DEI sourcing), with visible business outcomes.
  • You are recognized as a thought partner, using market intelligence and data to drive strategic hiring conversations.
  • You set the standard for stakeholder engagement, inclusive hiring practices, and role clarity.
  • You drive accountability for performance metrics and consistently exceed benchmarks for your region/function.
  • You embody and role model the TA team’s values and principles, influencing both culture and performance across the function.
Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • 8 years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience, at least 3 years of experience in a lead role
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Experience managing the full cycle recruiting process in an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
  • Experience sourcing talent through LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering closely with senior leaders
  • Respect for the candidate and hiring manager experience, including timely follow-ups and transparency
  • Detail oriented and analytical:use data to make strategic recommendations
Nice to have qualifications
  • Experience collaborating across multiple locations, preferably Canada, USA, and Latin America
  • Ability to work independently and handle less defined tasks with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close top talent in competitive markets.
  • Consulting industry experience, understanding position allocation impacts and how to calculate gross margin
