What you will do
  • Define and own the white-label platform roadmap
  • Unify multiple product workstreams (web, app, CMS, accounts, SEO) under a clear vision
  • Increase conversion and retention through better design, features, and performance
  • Shorten time-to-market for new white-label launches
  • Improve internal efficiency through better configuration tooling and partner onboarding
Workplace

We are mainly looking for this role based in Germany, preferably at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Who you are
  • You have experience leading multi-squad product organizations, ideally across web and mobile
  • You have Strong understanding of white-label or multi-tenant platforms
  • You are fluent in UX and conversion optimization
  • Track record of improving performance in web products
  • Great storytelling and stakeholder management skills
  • You are familiar with Agile principles and practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development processes
  • You employ clear and concise communication, and are able to communicate in technical and non-technical complexity
  • You are fast-adaptive and resilient to ambiguity: you are driven by impacting processes to support fast and efficient deliver
