A leading energy company is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Lloydminster. The role involves leadership in maintenance activities, troubleshooting various equipment types, and ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Red Seal Journeyman certification and has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. This full-time position offers a supportive culture of learning and development.
About this opportunity :
Reporting to the SR Coordinator, Maintenance LTCHO, the Lead Maintenance Technician will provide leadership, supervision and safety support to the Lloydminster Thermal Assets.
This position will work off developed maintenance schedules as well as on emergent priority work as needed. The role provides Operations and Maintenance with updates on jobs status and supports planners with work scope, updates and also ensure materials and equipment are ready for work to be completed.
Work Environment :
This position is located in Lloydminster and requires the successful candidate to live in the area.
Work Schedule :
This is a full-time employee position working 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with a defined on-call rotation and occasional OT as needed.
