You'll also provide training to new team members and maintain safety standards throughout the workplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with residential framing.
• Experience leading a team of people.
• Must be able to distinguish colors.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/finish pre-built wall and floor structures.
• Conduct interior work such as fitting interior doors and casings.
• Provide on the job training & mentorship to other employees.
