A leading staffing agency is seeking a highly experienced Lead Hand Mechanic for their Mississauga team. The candidate will lead technicians while performing advanced mechanical diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various automotive Ground Support Equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and supporting workflow. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience and strong leadership skills. This role offers a day shift schedule and opportunities for growth in a dynamic work environment.
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Hand Mechanic to support and lead our Mississauga shop team. In this role, you will oversee technicians while performing advanced mechanical diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of automotive-based Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
Shift: Day Shift
Location: Mississauga (Near the airport)
