Qualifications And Skills Required
  • Two years experience as a custodian or other related work.
  • Shall possess good leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate and co-operate with supervisors, fellow workers, students, staff and the public.
  • Ability to fill out requisitions and related forms using computer software such as Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to direct a work crew and plan and schedule their workload.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Computer literacy sufficient to operate Facility Services building systems and Maintenance Order Systems would be an asset.
