Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Culinary Program degree and at least 5 years of baking experience. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years baking experience in a similar or hotel/institutional environment.
  • Proven experience preparing baked goods for large numbers of guests.
  • Must obtain a mark of 80% or higher on the WHMIS test.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake goods from scratch in large quantities.
  • Comply with food hygiene regulations according to Food Safety Act & HACCP.
  • Clean, wash, and sanitize equipment and work areas.
