- Production Support – Rotate through various areas of the sawmill to assist in production processes, including material handling, sorting, and supporting machine operators.
- Material Handling and Maintenance – Lift, pull, and pile materials to maintain continuous production flow and ensure accessibility for production teams.
- Safety Adherence – Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Quality Assurance – Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and report discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with your team and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain smooth operations.
