PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Join our team as a Track Labourer and become an essential part of North America’s thriving railroad industry! In this dynamic, hands-on role, you\'ll play a crucial part in ensuring safe and reliable train operations by maintaining, repairing, and constructing railway tracks within your assigned territory. Whether you’re seeking a fresh start or an exciting career change, no previous railroad experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and on-the-job support. This is a travelling position where your typical schedule will be 8 on/6 off, 7 on/7 off or 4 on/3 off. In Production you will travel across the territory, you will receive a rate premium, mileage, hotel accommodations, meal expenses, etc. This position can be in headquarteredin Sherbrook, QC to support our operations.
Medical and Drug Testing
This is a safety sensitive position and a successful pre-employment medical assessment including physical, vision, hearing, and a negative company drug test is required. Post hire qualification drug testing may also be required.
