Job Summary / Résumé du poste

Senior Financial Analyst, Cash Flow FP&A – Reporting to the Director, Cash Flow. The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with finance leads across McKesson Canada to support financial planning, forecasting, annual budgeting and special projects related to working capital, cash flow and capital expenditures.

Responsibilities / Responsabilités
  • Lead month-end consolidated cash flow and capital expenditure reporting, including managing and distributing BU templates, preparing BU-specific queries, and resolving inquiries.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level summaries and presentations that explain monthly results using standard and ad hoc reporting tools; includes preparation of monthly and quarterly corporate reporting packages.
  • Manage FCCS forecast uploads, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely validation of business unit submissions.
  • Provide analytical oversight and challenge BU-submitted data to ensure alignment with consolidated cash flow and capital expenditure targets.
  • Partner with the Director, Cash Flow and finance leads across BUs to support building an accurate consolidated cash flow and capital expenditure budget.
  • Maintain and continuously improve financial models to support large-scale data analysis and automation of recurring tasks.
  • Leverage technologies to automate and improve existing processes across the department.
  • Perform other ad hoc analyses, reports and presentations, as needed.
Qualifications / Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting and CPA designation
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in accounting and/or financial planning and analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel with the ability to understand and build financial models
  • Knowledge of SAP and FCCS systems (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Power Query/Power BI (an asset)
  • Knowledge of cash flow principles (an asset)
  • Process-improvement/Digital mindset with an interest in learning new technologies, tools and ways of working
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • A sense of urgency and respect for deadlines with the ability to handle multiple deliverables
  • Adept at managing change and working as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Bilingual (French and English)
Language and Location

The incumbent will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, English proficiency is required in spoken and written form. Some positions may require English language skills only where possible.

$85,400 - $142,400
