Duties

• Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
• Cook menu items in accordance with recipes and food safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of our dishes
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service
• Help with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed

Experience

• Minimum one year experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods is a plus
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures is beneficial
