Job summary

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, marketing, finance) and strong project management skills to ensure flawless execution of key initiatives and customer programs.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven Thinking: Comfort with data platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Salesforce TPM) and ability to translate data into compelling stories.
  • Strategic Account Management: Proven success in managing national accounts, developing, and executing annual business plans.
Education / Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
Job specific requirements:
  • 4-6 years of progressive CPG experience (strongly preferred).
  • Bonus Requirement – Metro Expertise: Deep understanding of Metro systems and familiarity with their organizational structure and planning cycles.
Travel requirements:
  • Ability to come to the office 2-3 times a week and attend customer meetings, as required.
