Overview

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Key Account Manager on a permanent full-time basis on our Ag Solutions team. This position is a remote opportunity and is based in the greater Regina SK.

What youll do
  • Represent the Ag Solutions vision and brand as a holistic entity foster and enable two-way communication and lead with a customer-centric (both local Co-op and farm customer) approach in all business interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong and trusted advisory relationships with key retail influencers (GMs / CEOs); bring both quantitative and qualitative value to the CRS by understanding their needs.
  • Ensure operational KPIs are identified and included in the business plan; measure track and report on KPIs; apply continuous improvement logic to operational KPIs.
  • Coach local teams on Ag Solutions sales through understanding how to leverage differentiated offers exclusive brands and operational campaigns with accompanying tools and resources.
Who youll work with

The Team: You will work closely with General Managers, Operations Managers, Division Managers, Agro Managers and Agronomists and will report into the Senior Manager Key Accounts. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, expertise and results.

Who you are

You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:

  • Have 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in sales including 3 years in the agriculture industry preference in Ag Equipment.
  • Have a bachelors degree in agriculture or business (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
