Qualifications

  • Technical studies or hands-on experience related to diesel engines, hydraulic systems, water pumps, or HVAC repair.
  • Strong desire to learn and enhance technical skills.
  • Ability to interpret specifications and installation instructions.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the fleet to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability.
  • Ensure boats are in impeccable condition for presentation.
  • Follow manufacturer maintenance schedules.
  • Gain hands-on experience installing electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Collaborate with Head Tech & Base Manager to prioritize tasks.
  • Travel to off-site locations for emergency repairs.
  • Participate in hauling, launching, and commissioning as required.
