Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT Helpdesk messages, calls, emails, and tickets.
  • Contribute to knowledge base development for technical improvements.
  • Monitor and maintain IT asset inventory.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user workstations.
