Job description
Overview

This position will act as a business partner between IT and other key business functions, such as: Finance, Accounting, Supply Management, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources. Candidate will work as a member of the IT team responsible for administering and implementing IT Systems.

Responsibilities
  • Fielding helpdesk calls and tickets related to end user issues
  • End user orientation and training related to IT
  • Software installations and software troubleshooting
  • PC troubleshooting, repairs and setup of new desktops and laptops
  • Setup and managing printers and print queues
  • Manage and assign security cards
  • End user support Teams phone system
  • End users support wireless access points and devices
  • Setting up and administering Office 365 email accounts
  • Setting up and administering user accounts in MS Active Directory
  • Setting up and administering mobile devices (cell phones, tablets, etc.) when required
  • Documenting procedures and system changes, and troubleshooting steps
  • Resolving viruses and malware outbreaks
  • Security patch management review and applying security patches
  • Assisting, as needed in approved IT maintenance activities
  • Following and complying with Cube Management System (CMS)
  • Other duties as assigned

Standard Hours of Work
