Job description
Job Description

Fleetway is hiring Junior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analysts to help shape the future of Canada’s naval fleet. This role is a great fit for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are interested in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or data analysis and want to build hands‑on experience in the marine industry.

As a Junior ILS Analyst, you’ll support the development of maintenance strategies and sparing solutions—helping ensure the right parts are available at the right time. You’ll work alongside experienced engineering and logistics teams, analyze data, forecast demand, and contribute to life‑cycle support planning for complex marine systems.

Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, you’ll help perform and review Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Availability, Reliability & Maintainability (AR&M) activities. You’ll also assist in preparing high‑quality ILS data for subcontractors, management, and customers, and support quality assurance efforts across ILS deliverables.

If you’re detail‑oriented, collaborative, eager to learn, and ready to kick‑start your career while contributing to meaningful national programs, we’d love to hear from you!

We're committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Fleetway is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals, including those from underrepresented groups, and we strive to create an environment where everyone feels respected, supported, and empowered to thrive. We encourage applicants to self‑identify if they belong to an underrepresented group, as part of our commitment to equitable hiring practices and fostering a truly inclusive workforce. If you require accommodations during the recruitment process, please let us know—we're happy to help.

Responsibilities
  • Support Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Availability, Reliability & Maintainability (AR&M) activities by gathering data, performing preliminary analysis, and assisting senior team members in preparing ILS deliverables that inform engineering designs and life‑cycle support planning.
  • Assist with obsolescence monitoring by tracking parts and equipment status, identifying potential risks, and helping implement recommendations developed by senior ILS staff.
  • Help maintain asset tracking and maintenance management systems, including updating records, validating data accuracy, and supporting the rollout of new tools or processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams by contributing to meetings, sharing data, documenting findings, and supporting the development of ILS strategies under the guidance of more experienced analysts.
  • Learn and apply S1000D standards by supporting the preparation and review of technical publications and ensuring documentation aligns with required specifications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Naval Architecture Engineering
  • Open to new graduates and early‑career professionals—no prior ILS experience required
  • Strong interest in logistics, engineering support, or life‑cycle management is an asset
