Job description

Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Junior Business Analyst on a 10-month contract role with a strong possibility of extension. This position is hybrid with 2days a week in office.
The technical delivery team manages rewards programs for Credit Cards and there is a new project for a new rewards program for which the business is acquiring new clients, such as Home Hardware. The infrastructure they build will support the onboarding of new clients and provide support of ongoing enhancements. The candidate will help deliver road maps and changes to the current system to make it more efficient.

• Managing IT & S and Vendor to deliver the requirement for a business initiative project.
• Monitoring the Production Support model from Business to ensure no major issues.
• If Issue is encountered to ensure IT& S and Vendor complete development, Testing is validated and delivered to production as quickly as possible.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst (preferably from the banking industry)
• 2-3 years experience in project management
• Strong skills with MS Office.
