Reporting to the Director, Digital Solutions, the Junior Business Analyst provides support in analyzing and improving business processes and information systems for Smith School of Business. Working collaboratively with staff, faculty, and project teams, the role assists in reviewing and editing business requirements, conducting research, and developing documentation to address system changes and process enhancements. The incumbent contributes to identifying issues and recommending improvements to ensure efficient and effective operations. The incumbent monitors and tracks issues, ensuring timely resolution, and provides regular updates to project teams and stakeholders. Through attention to detail and proactive problem-solving, the Junior Business Analyst supports the delivery of quality solutions that meet stakeholder needs and enable informed decision-making.
This position provides expertise to aid in the planning, design and development of technical resources. This position translates business requirements into an implementation plan with clients and members of the team. This position updates project managers, sponsors of progress towards objectives, and ensures issues are logged and resolved.
