Job Site Responsibilities:
  • Execute monthly targets for Job Site demos and Product Knowledge training sessions.
  • Manage and log all site demos/training, including details assigned by the Canadian Job Site Specialist Manager.
  • Work with WC-based Account Executives to develop prospect maps, identifying target sites, construction types, project timelines, and trade partner presence.
  • Manage demo tools, coordinate with the Service department for maintenance, and report any tool failures immediately.
  • Conduct jobsite work-withs with trade partners, including full-day ride-alongs.
  • Report sales opportunities to AEs for follow-up and sales development.
Overall Role Requirements:
  • Represent and promote the Metabo-HPT brand to grow sales and market share.
  • Wear Metabo-HPT apparel during workdays for brand visibility.
  • Complete and submit weekly call route reports and job site call reports by Friday.
  • Operate and maintain a Demo Vehicle, including scheduling maintenance; a clean Driver’s Abstract is required.
  • Arrive at the first daily call by 8:30 am; schedule adjustments may occur due to client events.
  • Report product failures to the Service Manager & Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Wear protective clothing, including steel-toed footwear and high-vis gear, emphasizing safety.
  • Travel within and outside the province as assigned, with potential for out-of-territory travel.
  • Submit all expenses before month-end.
