  • Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
  • Create new recipes and plan menus.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and food handling.
