Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mac and PC laptops.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant including user creation and licensing.
