Job summary

A leading organization in Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced IT Specialist Manager for an onsite role. In this position, you will lead ERP implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide ongoing user support. The ideal candidate will have strong WMS knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist Manager to join our team. This is an onsite role.

Days: Mon-Fri

Hours: 9AM-5:30PM

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to understand business processes and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Customize and enhance ERP modules based on business requirements using available tools or through coordination with technical developers.
• Perform data migration, integration, and validation tasks during system transitions.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for functional processes and system usage.
• Provide ongoing support for ERP users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system performance and reliability.
• Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the ERP framework.
• Work with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to manage ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the WMS and understanding of technical communication workflow between ERP and WMS is essential
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, customization, and user support.
• Strong functional knowledge in modules such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, or HR.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions with clear communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in writing functional specifications, user stories, and test cases.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and ERP platforms.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in mid-size to enterprise-level ERP environments.
• Certification in relevant ERP systems is a plus.
• Project management exposure or understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
