Join our Burnaby government client on an initial 12-month contract as an IT SAP Functional Consultant specializing in SAP ECC and S/4HANA. You will play a pivotal role in driving SAP implementation projects and initiatives. Role Overview

The IT SAP Functional Consultant Level 3 provides SAP implementation services and acts as a lead or specialized consultant on SAP projects to support business operations in achieving organizational objectives.

  • Implement SAP solutions and integrations to meet business and technology requirements.
  • Conduct business requirements analysis, solution design, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration.
  • Document solutions, including functional and technical specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Preferred Skills
  • Minimum 7 years of SAP implementation and support experience, including integration with other enterprise applications.
  • Minimum 5 years of Program/Project Management or solution architecture experience.
  • SAP relevant certification or a bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Expertise in SAP end-to-end implementation, configuration, and design of reports, interfaces, and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of IT services methodology and business process design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Desired Skills
  • Knowledge of SAP utility industry and SAP cloud solutions.
  • Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and cloud integrations.
