  3. Manage People & Projects: Coordinate small project teams, manage timelines, and ensure accountability to deliverables.
  4. Oversee Data & System Integrations: Maintain data quality and governance across platforms (CRM, operations systems, etc.) and scope and implement system integrations and automations to reduce manual work.
  5. Support Operations & Field Activities: Assist with school/vendor onboarding, site visits, meal distribution audits, and training.
  6. Enable Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to analyze performance and translate insights into action.
  7. Contribute as Needed: Support the broader team and organization by pitching in on additional initiatives as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Experience managing CRM systems such as Salesforce.

    • Skilled in data analysis and visualization using Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
    • Understanding of cloud‑based tools and API integrations to connect systems and streamline processes.
  • Analytical & Organizational Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data‑driven recommendations.新浪
  • Leadership & Communication: Skilled at coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing priorities, and communicating clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in hybrid settings and supporting both office‑based and field operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining data accuracy and high operational standards.
  • Vehicle & Travel: Access to a personal vehicle for field and site‑related travel (reimbursed per policy).
