Main Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle recruitment for IT roles: Manage the entire recruitment process, from intake to offer
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to design tailored recruitment strategies
  • Conduct structured interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit
  • Deliver a smooth, professional, and human-centered candidate experience
  • Talent sourcing & market engagement: Source and attract top IT candidates using various tools, platforms, and proactive strategies
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database
  • Share best practices with peers to elevate the team’s effectiveness
  • Represent Exposant 3 professionally in interactions with both clients and candidates
  • Mentorship & process improvement: Onboard and guide junior recruiters when needed
  • Help optimize our recruitment processes and contribute to knowledge sharing
  • Participate in the evolution of our internal practices and tools
Profile Sought

We’re looking for a tech-savvy recruiter who is both people-oriented and process-driven—someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building meaningful professional relationships.

Skills & Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles (developers, architects, DevOps, etc.)
  • Experience working with private sector clients (corporate, SMEs, or startups)
  • Excellent knowledge of IT profiles and tech terminology
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and ATS systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • French is a strong asset, but not required
