Description

The Creativity Apps team is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with hands‑on experience with collaboration, persistence, or syncing on Apple platforms. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cloud syncing, file management, on‑device storage, and collaboration solutions to enhance our products and services.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience developing and shipping reliable, scalable, maintainable,
• and testable code.
• Experience developing applications or frameworks for iOS or macOS
• Proficient in Swift
• Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals and object‑oriented design.
• Ability to write performant, scalable, maintainable, and correct multi‑threaded code.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to ask for help, learn from others, and mentor others in turn.
• Commitment to fostering an open and inclusive work environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills with the ability to
• articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building APIs or frameworks.
• Experience with CloudKit.
• Experience with the latest Swift technologies.
• Experience with extensions, e.g. FileProvider, Share Extensions.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $116,800 and $226,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
