At Teakie, you won’t just analyze numbers—you’ll shape the stories behind them. From building financial models and cash flow forecasts to crafting investor-ready pitch decks and business narratives, you’ll help guide decisions that grow brands and ventures that are as aesthetic as they are strategic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis – Build and analyze models, cash flow forecasts, and performance reports to guide strategic decisions.
  • Company Reporting – Prepare executive-level reports and materials for investors and stakeholders.
  • Presentations & Pitch Decks – Develop polished presentations, pitch decks, and client-ready materials that communicate insights clearly and persuasively.
  • Business Descriptions – Create professional descriptions, proposals, and reports that position businesses and projects effectively.
  • Business Strategy – Evaluate performance, identify key drivers, and recommend strategies for optimization and growth.
  • Market Research – Conduct industry, competitor, and trend analysis to support planning and positioning.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs and build dashboards to measure success across Teakie’s portfolio and client initiatives.
  • Project Support – Partner with operations, creative, and leadership teams to provide financial and strategic input.
  • Due Diligence – Support evaluation of new ventures, partnerships, and business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Education – Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA an asset).
  • Experience – 5+ years in corporate or investment banking, accounting, private equity, or related field.
  • Analytical Expertise – Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Technical Skills – Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
  • Communication – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented – Meticulous attention to accuracy, structure, and quality.
  • Languages – Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
