Responsibilities

  • Complete field surveys utilizing RTK GPS equipment.
  • Design Municipal, Transportation, and Water Resource Projects using Civil 3D.
  • Prepare cost estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Conduct site inspections and resident engineering duties.

Junior Civil Engineering Technologist – MPE Saskatoon Office

We are currently seeking multiple Junior Civil Engineering Technologist positions to join our team in the MPE Saskatoon office.

Your main responsibilities
  • Complete field surveys utilizing RTK GPS equipment, including topographic, bathymetric, ROV, drone, construction layout, and quantity surveys.
  • Design Municipal, Transportation, and Water Resource Projects using Civil 3D.
  • Prepare cost estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Conduct site inspections and resident engineering duties throughout construction, including residenting, inspections, daily reporting, quantity takeoffs, and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other drafting software.
  • Proficiency with GPS survey technology.
