NPX is seeking an Intermediate AI Developer to build AI agents that automate administrative workflows within workforce and performance management systems. These agents will help reduce manual coordination, streamline documentation, and support supervisors and operators by providing timely, structured information.

Your work will ensure that staff spend more time on high‑value technical work and less time on repetitive form‑filling, note‑taking, or communication loops.

Salary Range: $120-140k (Exact compensation may vary).

🎯 What You’ll Drive
  • Build and deploy AI agents that automate administrative workflows (e.g., scheduling updates, documentation preparation, qualification tracking, and report generation) to reduce manual coordination effort.
  • Integrate agent capabilities into existing workforce and performance management systems, ensuring seamless access to data across tools like SharePoint, Teams, and internal databases.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines to structure information from documents, procedures, logs, and communication channels so agents can provide accurate and context‑aware support.
  • Work closely with operations, HR, and performance teams to understand real workflow pain points and iteratively refine agent functionality based on feedback and measurable improvements.
  • Mentor and support junior developers, sharing best practices in AI workflow design, coding standards, and agent reliability to strengthen the team’s technical capability.
