Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, fundraising, or event support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with online auction platforms and CRM databases is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of community engagement and fundraising initiatives.
• Provide coordination for events including vendor coordination, timelines, materials preparation.
• Work closely with fundraising committees to support various initiatives.
• Maintain accurate donor and event information in Raiser’s Edge.
• Support relationship building with businesses and community partners.
