• At least two years’ experience in a sales and service environment.
• Level 1 Insurance license or commitment to obtain within 45 days.
• Completion of Autoplan Essentials or commitment to complete within three months.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone to promote BCAA products.
• Collaborate with BCAA Support Teams to recommend coverage.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities for customers.
