Overview

As a Link Insurance Broker, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a book of business. This role combines client care, relationship management, and sales. You’ll provide top-notch service, help clients navigate their insurance needs, and close new business with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized insurance solutions to both new and existing clients by phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage your portfolio with policy renewals, endorsements, claims support, and file reviews
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and grow your book
  • Advocate for your clients with insurance providers to find the best coverage options
  • Maintain accurate client data across multiple systems and portals
  • Stay on top of industry trends, market changes, and internal processes
What You Bring To The Table
  • Alberta Level 1 General Insurance License (required)
  • 1–2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
  • A strong understanding of personal lines products and services
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related fields (asset)
  • Previous call-center or high-volume client service experience (asset)
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • A goal-driven, self-motivated attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong technical skills—comfortable navigating insurance software and Microsoft Office
