A regional educational institution in Fort McMurray is looking for experienced Paramedicine Instructors for its diploma programs. The successful candidates should have a passion for teaching and paramedicine, alongside at least three years of ACP field experience. The role includes responsibilities from instructing courses to engaging with students and community partners. Keyano College’s Health & Human Services - Paramedicine Department is currently seeking experienced Paramedicine Instructors to teach in our Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) and Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) Diploma Programs with an anticipated start date in August 2026. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Human Services, successful candidates will have a passion for teaching and paramedicine, strong communication skills and a desire to support students to be successful. This role is responsible for all aspects of the teaching portfolio including course preparation, online/face‑to‑face instruction, summative and formative assessments and evaluation of students, and supervision of students in clinical placements. In addition, the instructor will assist the Program Chair and/or the Associate Dean with various components of the program including preparation for accreditation and reporting. Other duties may also be assigned.
Note: this is not a remote or hybrid work opportunity; you will be required to work on campus and relocate to Fort McMurray, AB.
