Job Description

The Installation Service Sales Specialist is focused on assisting customers, assessing customer needs, and guiding customer decisions to build customer relationships. The Sales Specialist provides the highest level of customer service to customers with expert advice and detailed information required to close the sale. For this position you will receive a base salary plus commission following a probationary period

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
  • Clarify and understand customers’ needs and suggest the best solution(s) for their projects
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
  • Produce quotes, material lists and follow-up with customers
  • Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service
  • Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently
  • Continually learn about products and market conditions
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership abilities with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a drive for success.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of its importance in achieving business goals.
  • A background in business training, sales, and customer service is preferred.
  • Strong foundation in management and the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/French).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning new software systems.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
  • Knowledge of building materials and the construction process is an asset.
