Inside Sales Representative – Stainless Steel

Location: Montreal, Quebec

Base Salary - up to $95k (+ monthly performance-based bonuses + benefits package + RRSP contribution)

Our client is a multi-line stainless steel distributor and processor serving the food, steel fabrication, chemical, and architectural industries for over three decades. They specialize in value-added services including plasma cutting, laser cutting, water-jet cutting, stainless steel polishing, shearing, and saw cutting.

They are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with experience in the steel service or related experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and margin requirements
  • Independently prospect new business opportunities while managing existing business and support the sales process
  • Develop strong relationships with a client’s decision makers
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years related experience
  • Post secondary education in business marketing is an asset
  • Proven sales track record with industrial clients, especially in food processing, metal fabrication, chemical, or architectural sectors
  • Proficient computer skills, excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed
  • Fluency in French and English
  • A self starter who is results driven, professional and a team player
