Summit Search Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role is essential in providing direct support to the Division Manager and the assigned sales team, ensuring seamless execution of daily sales activities and customer support functions. The Inside Sales Representative will act as a key liaison between customers, outside sales, and internal teams to drive sales success, manage projects, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and accurate service to customers by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the outside sales team by managing quotes, preparing documentation packages, and assisting with follow-up activities, whether the team is in or out of the office.
  • Monitor and manage project information through the Winnipeg Construction Association (WCA) and Rep Edge, including project tracking, tender printing, and overseeing bid and spec project take-offs.
  • Collaborate with the Division Manager and sales team to prepare and review final quotes for all assigned projects before submission to customers.
  • Act as project manager for assigned projects, coordinating closely with internal teams and ensuring all necessary materials, documentation, and timelines are effectively managed.
  • Participate in internal meetings, supplier training sessions (including potential limited travel), and customer events such as open houses and sporting events to support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales or customer service with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
