Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive product demand.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients to generate leads.
  • Prepare quotes and estimates, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders.
  • Provide customers with updates on order shipments and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Stay up to date on product lines, technical information, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
