This is a permanent, sales-focused, customer-driven role responsible for driving parts solutions sales to a high-volume customer base and serving as the go-to contact for customers seeking expert guidance on parts and service solutions.
The role targets approximately $3M in annual revenue and involves using digital platforms such as parts.cat.com and Cat Central to support customers in areas including undercarriage, machine rebuilds, and component options. This is a commissioned sales role with a total annual compensation target of $90,000–$105,000+ (base salary plus variable incentives).
