You will manage a high-volume customer base of 150-300+ clients, generating over $3M in sales annually. The total annual compensation target for this position is $90,000 - $100,000+ including base salary and target variable. This is a commissioned sales role. Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with growing, new, and lapsed customers to meet or exceed annual sales targets while ensuring profitability.

  • Engage fully with customers on every sales call to understand their needs and demonstrate how Finning can support them.

  • Maintain accurate records of account details and equipment population and manage activities and opportunities using Saleslink.

  • Collaborate with the extended product support network, including product management, equipment sales, outside product support representatives, inside sales representatives, and parts and service teams.

  • Develop strategic call and account plans for your customer base.

  • Resolve complex and technically challenging customer needs quickly and effectively.

  • Convert data and intelligence leads into active sales opportunities.
