Job Duties:

· Identify and mitigate potential hazards at all stages of the bakery production process to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

· Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of bakery production staff, and review their performance to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards are met

· Recommend personnel actions, including recruitment, promotions, and role advancements, based on performance evaluations and operational needs

· Train staff in job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a safe working environment

· Prepare production reports and related documentation to monitor output, track performance, and support operational decision-making

· Recommend and implement measures to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and improve overall product quality

· Establish effective methods to meet production schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Job requirements:

· Experience: 2~3 years experience in the food or beverage processing industry is required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
