• You enjoy planning and working with specific tasks from start to finish.
• You are a great communicator, having an aptitude and a passion for clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication.

What will you be doing?

• Managing incoming client requests/tickets against the clients SLA and coordinating escalations with the Technical Services Team.
• Coordinating outages and projects directly with clients and the Technical Services Team.
• Working with clients and peers to create customized IT roadmaps and future plans.
• Recommending services, products and solutions for client purchase.
• Compiling and presenting monthly health and performance reports for clients.
• Highlighting areas for improvement on client networks and working with peers to see solutions quoted or implemented.
• Evaluating client networks to ensure that they adhere to Trinus Technical Standards and coordinating with the Technical Services Team to correct deficiencies.
• Assisting clients with the creation of IT processes and policies.
• Auditing and improving internal client documentation.
