As an Industrial Security guard, there is a high focus on scheduled foot and mobile patrols, excellent report writing, desk duties and exceptional customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities for Industrial Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone

Qualifications for Industrial Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a Saskatchewan security certificate
• Have Full Saskatchewan driving licence
• Be able to produce clear driving abstract
• 1-3 years of experience required
