As the Associate Finance Manager-Industrial Finance, Rexdale, you will be the onsite Plant Controller at our Toronto, Ontario Factory (Rexdale). You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the on-site Plant Controller, overseeing daily controllership operations and ensuring excellence in budget management processes
  • Play a key role in driving the financial performance of the site through strategic insights and operational support
  • Assist with the annual business planning process, forecasts, and actual reporting
  • Lead and monitor Cost Controlling activities including, Month-End Close, Fixed Assets management, and Costing, which are performed by colleagues in Supply Chain Financial Services (SCFS)
  • Liaise with the SCFS team to ensure the complete and timely running of financial processes
  • Provide analysis of the output transfer prices, highlighting drivers of change and providing actionable insights
  • Maintain a robust forecasting system in operation and ensure budget holders are actively involved

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience: Supply Chain Finance is strongly preferred; Consumer Product Goods (CPG) preferred
  • ERP Experience required; SAP preferred
  • Microsoft Office required; Advanced Excel required
  • Leading efficient and effective budgeting and forecasting activities (complex and time-sensitive, cycle-driven and continuous forward look approaches)
  • Developing strong personal and team relationships across a multitude of business stakeholders
