Job summary

A local government organization in Campbell River seeks an Indigenous Communities Restorative Justice Worker to support individuals and families in Restorative Justice service delivery. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience in social services. This contract position offers $31.00 per hour for an 18-hour work week and runs until March 31, 2027. You will need to provide your own vehicle and must have a valid BC Driver's License. Flexible shifts required, and applications are accepted until December 19, 2025.

Qualifications

  • Valid BC Driver’s License required.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a social services environment.
  • One year experience in a Restorative Justice environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals and families in Restorative Justice service delivery.
  • Promote community safety programs.
  • Assist with volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling.
