Allied Universal is seeking Incident Reporting Centre Operator - Bilingual in Toronto, Ontario.

Job Title: Incident Reporting Centre Operator - Bilingual

Location: Toronto, ON

Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour

Shifts: Saturday and Sunday

Overview

Allied Universal is seeking a Incident Reporting Centre Operator - Bilingual to support our client, a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in both English and French, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑security environment.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining the safety and security of client assets, employees, and facilities by monitoring incidents, assessing risks, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access control systems to detect potential security threats.

  • Log and report incidents with precision, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and escalated when necessary.

  • Evaluate and respond to real‑time incidents, determining the level of urgency and appropriate actions.

  • Communicate professionally in both French and English with internal teams, stakeholders, and emergency contacts.

  • Manage remote access for authorized personnel while ensuring compliance with security protocols.

  • Conduct routine system checks to verify equipment and communication systems are fully operational.

  • Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and site personnel during emergencies.

  • Maintain thorough and organized records for audits, compliance, and incident follow‑ups.

Requirements
  • Fluency in both French and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), GSOC, or Incident Reporting Center (IRC) environment preferred.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using multiple security software systems.

  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
