Qualifications

• Minimum three years recent related experience, specifically in addictions work.

• Knowledge of case management and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions for assigned caseload.
• Facilitate weekly program schedules for members.
• Actively participate as a TLU member and attend groups.
