Qualifications

• Understanding of anti-racist and anti-oppressive frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to creating inclusive environments for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement of community members and 2SLGBTQIA+ youth.
• Support design of prevention and intervention programs.
• Maintain participant database and facilitate support processes.

Skills

Lived experience with 2SLGBTQIA+ and/or BIPOC communities

Experience working with trans or disability communities

Knowledge of social media/outreach/graphic design skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual English/French or other languages

Education

Current Emergency First Aid and CPR certificate
